Austin Hills joined Austin Lawrence Partners-East in 2012 after earning a degree in political science and a certificate in markets and management studies from Duke University. As Director of Development, Austin oversees all aspects of development management and leads the sourcing of new acquisition opportunities. His attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills are critical to the success of ALP-East’s projects, helping coordinate a complex network of architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
Zach Prager
DIRECTOR OF INVESTMENTS | PARTNER
Zach Prager joined Austin Lawrence Partners-East in 2016 after starting his career in high-yield and structured credit at Citigroup in New York City. He graduated from Duke University in 2012 with a degree in psychology and a certificate in markets and management studies. As Director of Investments, Zach leads fundraising, investor relations, and the sourcing of acquisition opportunities. He brings a strong relationship-building approach to his role, helping secure support for projects that not only deliver strong returns but also create meaningful, lasting impact in the communities we serve. Zach currently serves on the boards of the Durham Children’s Initiative and the Duke Triangle Alumni Association.
